Tracey Ryans Agency is a unique consultancy which facilitates alchemy at the intersections of integrated marketing and strategic partnerships. Continuous clients include Vanity Fair, LVMH, Wieden Kennedy and McKinsey & Co.

Ryans is co-owner of New York restaurants La Esquina, Miss Lilly’s and Metrograph Theater. From 2010-2014 he helped spearhead the revamp and relaunch of SoHo House NY. He is also a co-founder of Neuehouse and Grasmere Farm Membership and Resort in Rhinebeck, NY and a collaborator with Serge Becker at velvet rope spots like Volume and The Box.

Ryans started his career working as a marketing executive for Oxford Health Plans, during the company’s start-up era. At Oxford, he launched the Healthy Mind Healthy Body program which was one of the first of its kind to convince traditional medical practitioners to refer to non-traditional practitioners.

Tracey has served on the board of The Kitchen, The Brooklyn Zen Center, the branding committee for the Central Park Conservatory, the marketing committee for The New Victory Theatre, a consultant to Frieze Art Fair NY and holds advisory positions for The New Museum, Performa and Marfa Ballroom, and The Brooklyn Greenway Initiative.

Tracey is a public speaker, stand up phenomenologist, practitioner of Chi Gong, Tai Chi, Soto Zen Buddhism, an avid sailor, and will continue to remind you that he came in first place at the 2014 BDDW Club of Archers Championship.
